SOLVING THE ONLINE RETAIL EXPERIENCE
I worked as a UX Researcher for a large UK retailer conducting research on both desktop and mobile to find out how the website could be improved from both a usability and brand perspective. Methods ranged from moderated lab tests to unmoderated remote tests.
PROJECT: BEHAVIOURAL TRACKING
An intuitive and simple solution for a company which investigates and improves behaviour in canines. The product encourages off-site training for clients, gauge the success of training methods and will be used as a marketing tool.
PROJECT: BETTER DISCOVERABILITY
As the streaming wars are heating up I was keen to find out what problems users are facing and how the streaming giants can do to get ahead of the pack. I quickly learned that social interaction was a top priority for users.
PROJECT: COACHING BUSINESS
A webapp developed over a weekend design sprint. It's purpose is to allow meditation coaches to educate, share content and connect with current practitioners and new clients.
LevelEdge is a way for music professionals to easily connect and solve production issues. I developed the project through discovery and ideation phases and to final design.
